Since you blocked me on WhatsApp 😅 and my reply after the recommendation to look for another flower shop never reached you, I'll leave it here. I have been using your services for many years, practically since you opened, when the owner of the business still handled many matters personally. And this is the first time such a misunderstanding has arisen. When I saw the finished bouquet and realised that I had expected a bluer palette, I didn't make any complaints. On the contrary, I wrote: “Everything is wonderful, there's nothing to worry about. It's just my expectations… Everything is fine, I have no complaints, I've used your services quite a few times already and I've always been satisfied.” 🤝 If I had been told right away that a truly blue bouquet would cost more than 100 euros, I would have paid without any problem. Especially since you had already corrected me from 80 to 100 and I agreed without hesitation. In the end it turned out to be a predominantly pink bouquet with one blue flower. In addition, the recipient was contacted significantly earlier than the agreed delivery time, and the surprise lost its point. I fully understand that a shop cannot influence a person's decision to accept or not accept flowers — I have no complaints about that. What surprised me was something else: from the very beginning I tried to be understanding about the situation, and in return a customer of many years was invited to choose a different flower shop in future. 🤷♂️ Even a simple “sorry, there was a misunderstanding” or a symbolic 5% off the next order would have been enough. Not because of the money — just as a normal attitude towards a regular customer. So what upset me was not the bouquet 💐, but precisely the customer service. P.S. I'm attaching a photo of that very blue bouquet 🔵💐 that was planned for a boy's birthday — so that it's clear that by the word “blue” I really did mean blue. 😄 At the same time, a special thank you to the owner of the business 🙏. You have a wonderful idea — giving people who are abroad 🌍 the chance to delight their loved ones in Latvia. I sincerely wish the business prosperity. I understand that today finding good staff in Latvia is sometimes harder than finding blue flowers 😄, and good customer service, it seems, is becoming a rare variety altogether. I hope that one day it will bloom here too. 🌷 P.P.S. I had a long train journey 🚆 and a lot of free time, so I took the trouble to describe this whole floral epic. 😂 What's more, Google wouldn't even let me publish the original version because of the character count — I had to shorten it. Acceptable For a price of almost 200€ I expected better quality flowers, alongside a closer match to pictures provided on the website. To be honest the “Make this bouquet bigger” option seems to do nothing, yet the bouquet is still nice. Would’ve been wonderful to receive more “alive” flowers though (or maybe i’m just picky - depends how you look at it).
When you walk in, the flowers have no prices, but you can see a few flowers in the cooler. The saleswomen didn't say hello, but that's not so important; however, when I asked about having a bouquet made, they answered very unkindly that they would not make one for such an amount — overall, disproportionately enormous sums for the flowers. At such prices, where a bouquet cost 150 euros. The service ought to be much friendlier. Next door, on Čaka Street, there's a similar shop with bigger bouquets and friendly service, plus extra floral decoration free of charge. My reply to the company's comment: 1) a customer entering a shop is under no obligation to greet anyone first – in the customer service industry it is usually the shop employee who greets first; 2) my review was about the quality of service, the manner of communication. What I was talking about in my phone conversation had nothing to do with your company's right to judge my attitude or to listen to my private conversations, which have no bearing on your company at all; 3) my question was about having a bouquet made, and as a customer I have grounds to expect both a high standard of service culture and a professional attitude.

We contacted the seller – in reply to our message they said that "flowers aren't eternal", apologised and offered a discount on the next order, without even trying to actually resolve the situation. Such an attitude towards a customer was even more upsetting than the bouquet itself. It's a great shame, but we don't plan to order again. One gets the impression that as the brand's popularity has grown, the quality has begun to deteriorate rapidly.

Although I understand that an arrangement may differ slightly from the picture, it is important to preserve not only the colour palette but also the overall look and the mood it creates. In the arrangement I received, the balance between red and green had not been maintained, and its overall execution seemed careless – for example, two red anthuriums were placed one on top of the other, and the spruce branches looked like leftovers from other bouquets. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was met with an attitude that seemed unprofessional and offensive. The answer was: "The website states that a bouquet may differ from the picture, and the arrangement, along with its colour palette, has been preserved. We see no fault on our part." Then, after I pointed out in a phone conversation that even the colour palette had not been preserved, I was told off: "It already came out more expensive than what you ordered, don't waste our time, we will not admit any fault." Such an attitude not only took away the joy of the holiday, but also left me disappointed in the way this shop operates. I do not recommend this flower shop to those who want quality service and a careful attitude towards customers. Better choose another company in order to avoid unpleasant moments and unnecessary worry.

I used their services 4 times, twice I was left very dissatisfied, there certainly won't be a 5th time. The first questionable situation was on February 14th, when I came to pick up the bouquet and it turned out those particular roses weren't available, but they made an arrangement out of others, clearly much cheaper ones, and the look was nothing like in the photo. Fine, let it go. Everyone messes up, it happens. But on March 8th they really surprised me, I wasn't at home and ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend. 1) The first time they delivered the bouquet, instead of 31 tulips there were 11 that weren't exactly fresh, and the courier handed over the flowers together with the INVOICE. ☠️ 2) Luckily my girlfriend realised that 9 euros per tulip works out a bit pricey and contacted the shop, they apologised and said they'd bring the actual bouquet right away. 3) She asked them to bring it sooner because she'd only be there until 14:00, you'd think if you messed up you'd fix it. Highly dissapointing quality. Received a bouquet from this flower shop as a surprise gift from my loved one on 8th of march. Unfortunately, I did not inspect the quality of the flowers in the moment of accepting the bouquet from a courier ( I hope never in the future I will ever have to). Quickly enough I realized that the flowers in the bouquet look wilted. The fact of bad quality of the bouquet was communicated to the flower shop that day immediately, communicated my partner as I hope it is understandable, why I would not deal with this matter, as it was a present from him AND it was the 8th of march holiday. Reply he got only the day later, we were offered with a new bouquet , but truthfully, after such quality for the bouquet for 100 EUR I did not want anything from this flower shop. So we refused and asked for a refund, we were asked to provide a bank account for a transaction, and then suddenly 2 days later, we get a message with explanation why flowers could look wilted etc. And that the final, what can they offer us - to refund us with a value of wilted flowers , which is 45 euro from 100 eur. It does not matter to the company, that their final product looked bad overall, and they do not care what kind of emotions person experiences by being served with such quality bouquet. I won’t recommend anyone this flower shop. Fun Flowers, Thanks for adding bitter taste to 8th of March celebration.

We ordered flowers on the FunFlowers.lv website for a celebration planned for the evening of 13.12.2021 — a box of flowers called "BUBBLE GUM" for 95 euros. The flowers were delivered on 13.12.2021 at 09:30 in the morning, and by 14:30 the flowers had wilted (photo attached). The flowers wilted in 5 hours!!! When I called FunFlowers.lv to get a comment about this misunderstanding, the answers were brief: that their flowers are always the freshest, fresher than in Holland, and that the bouquet wilted because the air temperature at home was +20 degrees, so accordingly, when buying flowers on this website you should store them at no more than +5 degrees. Then they asked me to send them photos of the flowers, and the website's staff immediately pointed out the discrepancy between the original (the photo on the website of a girl with flowers) and the bouquet they had made and sent us. They said that maybe we dropped it, or the courier dropped it. Then came an exchange of messages about me coming to the shop myself at five or six in the evening (instead of the celebration) and they would graciously replace the flowers that had wilted. All in all, 95 euros wasted; FunFlowers.lv did not manage to ruin the celebration, because we had time to buy a big and beautiful bouquet in Imanta, and most importantly a fresh one.
