Frequently asked questions
Can flowers be delivered in Riga on the same day?
Yes. Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 are delivered the same day within Riga. Later orders go out the next day. Delivery also runs on Saturdays and Sundays, our florists are on duty, only the salon on Ģertrūdes iela is closed to visitors on those days. If it is urgent, call 20018700, we can often still arrange it in the afternoon.
How much does flower delivery in Riga cost?
Delivery in central Riga costs 4.99 EUR, in the Riga districts (Pļavnieki, Teika, Mežciems and others) 7.99 EUR. Delivery is free from 99 EUR in the centre and from 119 EUR in the districts. The minimum order is 65 EUR in the centre and 70 EUR in the districts.
Can I request delivery at a specific time?
Yes, you can choose a two-hour delivery window, for example 12:00 to 14:00. Delivery to the exact minute cannot be guaranteed because each route covers several orders. For weddings and events the time is agreed individually.
What happens if the recipient is not at home?
The courier calls the recipient first. If there is no answer, we call you and agree what to do: leave the flowers with neighbours, at the office reception, or reschedule. We never leave flowers at the door without your approval, in winter they are ruined within minutes.
Can the delivery be anonymous?
Yes. When placing the order, tell us that the sender name should not be revealed. The card will carry only the text you provide. The courier gives the recipient no additional information about the sender.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals and offices?
Yes, we deliver to hospitals in Riga and to offices. For a hospital please give the ward and room number, some institutions accept flowers only at reception. Offices are served during business hours, add the company name and floor to your order.
Do you deliver outside Riga?
Yes. Delivery to Mārupe, Babīte, Piņķi, Salaspils, Baloži and Berģi costs 12.99 EUR and is free from 139 EUR. Delivery to Jūrmala, Ādaži, Carnikava and Ogre costs 19.99 EUR and is free from 169 EUR. For Ķekava, Olaine and other Latvian cities we arrange delivery in advance, call 20018700.
