SIA Funflowers.lv, registration No. LV40103936979, legal address: Ģertrūdes iela 44a, Rīga, LV-1011 (hereinafter referred to as Funflowers) and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), who places an order in the Funflowers online store, available at https://funflowers.lv/ (hereinafter referred to as the Flower Shop), enter into this Agreement.
The activity of the Flower Shop on the Internet is provided and maintained by Funflowers.
By placing an order in the Flower Shop, the Buyer confirms that they have read the Terms of Use of the Flower Shop and the main provisions available at https://funflowers.lv/terms
The Buyer has the right to receive the goods and services offered in the Funflowers store after making a prepayment for the corresponding service or goods. The description and cost of each corresponding product and service are given in the product catalog next to each product. All prices include value added tax.
The Buyer can make payment for the goods or service by choosing one of the remote payment methods offered in the Flower Shop.
The payment for goods and/or services implies the fact of ordering the service and the irrevocable consent of the Buyer to the Rules.
After payment for the service, it is considered that the Buyer has entered into an agreement with Funflowers, defining bilateral obligations and other responsibilities.
Return of Goods
The Buyer has the right to return the goods to the Funflowers store within 14 days from the moment of receiving the goods, without providing an explanation for the reason for the refusal. Goods that have been used, damaged, and not in the original packaging, as well as goods with damaged packaging and marking, cannot be returned. The exercise of the right to refuse goods and return goods is carried out in accordance with the following legal acts:
- "Consumer Rights Protection Law" ("Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības likums");
- Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 207 of May 28, 2002 "On Distance Contracts" ("Noteikumi par distances līgumu").
Cut flowers, bouquets, floral arrangements, and houseplants cannot be returned according to the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 207 15.3
Funflowers has the right to unilaterally cancel the order and return the full cost of the goods to the buyer if Funflowers, due to circumstances beyond its control, cannot fulfill the order (For example, if the ordered goods are unavailable for more than 30 days or the production season has ended).
If the buyer refuses delivery before the flower bouquet is made and submits an application to the email: post@funflowers.lv, Funflowers will refund the money within 7 working days from the moment of application to the bank account specified by the customer.
Non-Refundable Order Costs
Funflowers does not refund the delivery fee to the customer and charges the full cost of the order in the following cases:
- if the recipient refuses to accept delivery (flowers or flower bouquets);
- if the recipient has left the city and/or country and is not at the address specified by the customer within 24 hours after the expiration of the delivery period specified by the customer;
- if the recipient is not at the address specified by the customer and is unavailable for contact by email or the specified phone number.
If the recipient is not at the address specified by the customer, and the delivery of the order must be made to another address (except in cases where the delivery address of the order is changed by no more than 2 km from the originally specified delivery address of the order);
If the recipient is absent at the specified address at the time specified by the customer, and delivery of the order must be made at another time (except in cases where the delivery time is specified within 1 hour)

The Funflowers online store is a publicly accessible Internet site designed for the purchase of flowers, gifts, and other goods and services on the Internet. The Flower Shop is available at https://funflowers.lv/en/
Flower Shop Administration
The duties of the site manager and provider of the services offered by the store are performed by SIA Funflowers.lv, registration No. LV40103936979. The rules, conditions, and restrictions specified on the website https://funflowers.lv/ that apply to the use of the offered services, as well as sanctions in case of non-compliance with these rules, are mandatory for all users and visitors of the site, as well as for service recipients.
Intellectual Property
The content of the site is the intellectual property of Funflowers; its copying, reproduction, and re-publication without the written permission of Funflowers is prohibited.
Confidentiality
The Flower Shop guarantees the processing, storage, and non-disclosure of received personal data to third parties in accordance with the requirements established by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and legal acts.
Email addresses, telephone numbers, and postal addresses of site visitors and buyers received at the time of order acceptance will be used only for communication with the customer and recipient of goods and/or services in order to ensure the quality of order fulfillment.
https://funflowers.lv/terms does not accumulate data on payment cards. Buyers of the Funflowers online store connect to an electronic bank or electronic payment card system and enter data on the bank's page, so this information is not available to Funflowers.
Disputes and Claims
All disputes, disagreements, and claims are resolved in the process of bilateral negotiations by submitting a written complaint/claim within 24 hours after receiving the order, which are resolved within 10 (ten) working days from the moment of receiving the complaint/claim. The complaint/claim must be submitted in writing.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it is considered in the court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the procedure established by legislation and legal acts.
Order Delivery Conditions
Flower delivery in Riga is carried out on working days and weekends.
Orders must be placed from 9:00 to 16:00.
The execution time for orders in Riga is 5-6 hours after payment for the order.
In order to deliver flowers on holidays, the order must be placed in advance.
Christmas and New Year's orders should be ordered 1-3 days before the delivery date.
